Water pressure in the shower surprisingly low!!! A/C unit so noisy that I couldn't sleep!!! The pool area cleanliness left much to be desired, complete with hair in the water. It really needs attention!!!

I loved the modern vibe of the hotel, and the hot breakfast was a win for my family! The indoor pool was great for the kids to splash around, and we enjoyed some relaxing time in the leisure room. Just a heads-up, the housekeeping could use a little more attention to detail, but it didn't ruin our fun! 😊

Was pleasantly surprised by the contemporary design of the room and the friendly staff! Cleanliness was top-notch, and I appreciated the recycling bin available. The location is excellent, with plenty of dining options within walking distance. Free breakfast is the cherry on top! Can't wait to return!

Our family enjoyed a restful two-night stay. The kids loved the spacious queen room with two beds, and the daily breakfast offered a variety of tasty options. Don't miss out on the delicious pancakes! A quick tip, ask for extra towels at the front desk for pool day. It gets busy!

The pool area was fantastic and very well maintained. The staff offered my kids apples even though we missed breakfast, which showed great hospitality. I enjoyed the coffee, which was delicious and kept me energized for the day.

Family with children wretched stay

Even though we booked two rooms and requested to be on the same floor, they completely ignored us, and we ended up separated! The wet sheets on the kids' beds at eleven o'clock at night were the final blow, they had to use their own blankets for crying out loud.

It wasn't inexpensive, but you would think for the price. you'd get better service.

The manager was completely unhelpful and rude while dealing with a critical issue. Instead of offering assistance, he threatened me when I needed to use the restroom. It was shocking to encounter such a lack of empathy and professionalism during my stay.

It was just a good match for a short stay in Vaughan with a good price-quality ratio. One of the front desk staff, Mark, was super friendly and helpful throughout our time there. A smart tip is to park at Pioneer Village metro station to save money when visiting Toronto.
